When booking with Flourish Music and Creative Arts, you agree to the following:

Payment:  Payment is due prior to onset of lessons, and a lesson may not go forward until payment is received.  The preferred method of payment is via etransfer to: catherinediebelmusic@gmail.com.  If you need to pay via credit card, this can be done through the Flourish Music website, at:  www.flourishmusic-aca.com or through Paypal.  Monthly payment is preferred, with discounts being offered for 12 and 16 weeks in advance.  Please ask your instructor for more details.

Sick Policy:  To ensure the safety and health of our students, faculty, and staff, we ask everyone to self-monitor for potential symptoms of COVID-19, and if you or a family member is experiencing any symptoms, do not enter the building and call or email us letting us know. Potential symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and painful swallowing, stuffy or runny nose, loss of sense of smell, headache, muscle aches, fatigue, and loss of appetite.  This also applies to cases of regular illness - since music lessons are done in close proximity, illnesses can be passed easily even using precautions.

Attendance & Cancellation: If a student is aware of an upcoming absence – e.g. vacation – the student should inform the instructor as far advance as possible.  Once a student has committed to a specific number of lessons, the teacher reserves these times for the student.   In-person make-up lessons are not guaranteed; however video-recorded lessons may be given instead.    Members of the faculty are active performers in the field.    From time to time, their performance schedules may necessitate rescheduling a lesson. If an Instructor is absent, every effort will be made to provide a make-up lesson at a time that is suitable to both the student and the Instructor. If the Instructor is unable to make up a lesson, the student will receive a credit to be applied to future lessons or classes.

Withdrawal: If a student wishes to withdraw from private lessons, one month’s written notice to the Instructor is required.
